This litoral includes Trogir and its surroundings , starting some 20 km north of Split on the main road and finishing 25 km further on this road. Trogir as its centre offers numerous precious works of art on building facades, sculptures in stone and wood, canvasses...some are of local masters and architects like maestro Radovan, Blaz Jurjev Trogiranin and Ivan Duknovic, and some are forigners such as Andrea Alessi and Niccol di Giovanni Fiorentino. Without doubts this is a town-museum of the medieval heritage. UNESCO recognized its values and included it in the registry of the world monument heritages.

The wider surroundings of Trogir (Trogir - Seget - Ciovo Riviera) is characterized by lavish green vegetation, numerous islands and islets, rocky and pebble beaches. There is a place Pantan three kilometers east from Trogir which is a complex of the fortified Reneissance mills which were constructed to the order of the nobleman citizen Vitturi. Damaged in both late wars, it was renovated and proclaimed together with its surroundin the ornithological and ichthyological preserve.

Trogir is connected with the island of Ciovo by a bridge. This island was called in the past “the barn of Trogir“. As early as the Middle Ages there were the villages there such as Arbanija, Zedno, Okrug Gornji, Okrug Donji which were the part of Trogir meanwhile Slatine, a place located more to the east belonged to Split. To the west of the village Arbanije, alog the sea there was the Dominican monastery devoted to the Holy Cross, established in th 1432. It can boast of the Reneissance cloister and valuable collection of the artistic works.

On the land towards the west the fortified village Seget, was built in the XVI century. Marina was the summer residence of the Trogir's bishops. There was a rectangular tower built here, on onetime small island of the Marina's bay. Today the island is connected to the land, and was renovated in the 1972. reproducing its original form.
