Donje Selo is a small village on the beautiful island of Solta. It is situated at the northwestern edge of Sridnje polje, near the main road that goes to the western part of the island, connected with an old road and the cove of Donja Kruscica. People live mostly of agriculture and of fishing being oriented towards Maslinica. Donje Selo was built on a small slope showing irregular net of curving streets that enclose the groups of local houses mostly of the same typology. It is a typical village of island and an ideal place for holidays for those who would like to taste the egzotic life in a Mediterranean province.
